How do you ship?

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  

Do you ship outside the United States?

Absolutely.  We have been shipping sleeves all over the world since 1998!  Some of our best customers are in Canada and Europe.  

How do you handle International Customs?

We have created different sized orders so that our international customers can keep the value below their customs regulations.


Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 


Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Space Saving Sleeves is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only Washington State customers are subject to sales tax.

What is your return policy?

We're sure you will be happy with the quality and space-saving results of our sleeves.  If they are not right for you, we will certainly take care of you.   You may return your sleeves within 30 days for a refund minus our shipping costs.  


Any defective sleeves will be replaced at no charge.

How do the sleeves age? Will they stick to my discs?

I have had my personal collection of (now) over 14,000 CDs in these Space Saving Sleeves for over 20 years.  I have not experienced any issues whatsoever.  In fact, I can't imagine ever going back to jewel boxes.
